Roasted Balsamic Mushrooms

A quick and easy side dish that pairs well with mixed greens or served over noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Saute the garlic & olive oil on medium to low heat in a large pan for about a minute, slowly adding in your mushrooms without overcrowding the pan.
  2. Slowly pour the vinegar over your mushroo.ms and let cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Remove from heat & serve immediately.
